Team · Experienced Ukrainian Lawyers in Kyiv
Direct access to the lawyer handling your matter
We deliberately keep our team focused. The lawyer who discusses the matter with the client at the outset remains personally involved reviewing documents, developing the legal position, participating in negotiations, and overseeing implementation.
Our experience spans private legal practice, work within Ukrainian regulatory authorities, international grant programs, and business advisory. This enables us to assess each matter in light of the applicable law, administrative practice, and the practical needs of businesses operating in Ukraine.
A separate area of our practice is the representation of businesses in disputes with banks, tax authorities, and customs authorities. We handle pre-litigation and administrative proceedings, challenge decisions and actions of the relevant authorities, and represent clients before first-instance, appellate, and cassation courts.

How we're built
How We Organize the Work
Experienced lawyers remain directly involved. The legal analysis, strategy, document review, and negotiations remain with the lawyer responsible for the engagement and familiar with its full context.
One responsible point of contact. Each engagement has one lead lawyer who coordinates the process, the other professionals involved, and all communications with the client. The client does not need to repeat the same information to different departments or coordinate their work separately.
English as a working language. Meetings, written advice, document explanations, and progress updates can be provided in English. We explain Ukrainian legal matters clearly without reducing their substance or practical implications.
Additional professionals engaged when required. Where necessary, we involve notaries, accountants, translators, auditors, and sector specialists. Their role, scope of work, and potential costs are explained to the client in advance, while the lead lawyer coordinates their involvement in the project.

Based in Kyiv and advising clients across Europe and North America.
