From Global Strategy to a Confident Presence in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian market has its own regulatory framework, business practices and administrative realities. Successfully implementing an international project therefore requires more than knowledge of the law it demands an informed understanding of the local context, the ability to anticipate practical risks and the confidence to make well-founded decisions at the right time.
We help international companies and investors adapt their business models to Ukraine’s legal and regulatory environment, aligning international standards of governance and compliance with local requirements and market realities. Our role is to transform complex legal and administrative processes into a clear, structured and actionable roadmap for successful project implementation.
We approach every legal matter as an integral part of the client’s broader commercial strategy. By examining the relationship between legal, regulatory and operational decisions, we identify critical dependencies at an early stage and help establish a robust legal foundation for sustainable, long-term operations in Ukraine.

Why clients choose us
One team, full accountabilityBased in Kyiv.
Our lawyers live and work in Ukraine and deal directly with registrars, notaries, banks, and public authorities. Practical knowledge of local procedures allows us to identify potential issues early and coordinate matters requiring original documents, an in-person signature, or the physical presence of a representative.
Designed for International Clients.
Advice, documentation, and day-to-day communication can be provided in English, while most procedures can be handled remotely where permitted by law and the relevant institution. We explain not only what Ukrainian law requires, but also how it affects the client’s corporate structure, investors, taxation, and reporting obligations.
Defined Scope. Transparent Fees.
Before the engagement begins, the client receives a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, expected timing, and fee arrangement. Standard procedures with a predictable scope may be offered on a fixed-fee basis. Advisory and dispute-related work is billed under an agreed fee model, and any material change in scope is discussed before additional costs are incurred.
